I created the blog site, I have made the notes, saved references and articles to discuss…and then I have let it sit, scared to start this first post. What if I am the only mama who feels misunderstood? What if others think I am just nutty? What if I can’t explain what it is to be a Mama Gator?

What if I never share my parenting passion? The last “what if” got me thinking….the next question to myself was, ” Is being too scared to start, be the legacy I want to leave my daughters?” Of course not; so here we are. Making the first post. Starting the blog about parenting, parenting in a way so many don’t seem to understand, and often question. Parenting in a way to empower our children to discover who they are, understand their emotions, let them explore the world, and become whole humans. Teaching our children to listen, not just obey.
